ACQUISITION: Turnbridge Equities buys Los Angeles small bay park for $28M. Turnbridge Equities has acquired Eton Industrial Park, located at 8900, 8930, 8960, 9002, 9010, 9020, and 9040 Eton Avenue, 21101 and 21117 Osborne Street, and 2110 and 21122 Nordhoff Street in Canoga Park, California. The park features 11 multi-tenant industrial buildings for a total of 205,000 SF. At closing, the property was 70% leased. The Turnbridge deal team was led by Michael Gazzano and Jack Hechinger. Jeff Abraham, John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss, and Javier Galvan with Newmark facilitated the sale.

DISPOSITION: Georgetown Partnership sells shallow bay portfolio in Atlanta. Georgetown Partnership has sold a ± 130,000 SF industrial portfolio in the Atlanta metro area. The properties in the portfolio are 1400 General Arts Road Northwest, 1500 Farmer Road, and 1973 Highway 138 Northeast in Conyers, Georgia. The Georgetown Partnership deal team was led by Aaron Karasik and Ryan Black.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells SoCal small bay industrial park. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of Spectrum Centre Business Park at 20902-21098 Bake Parkway in Lake Forest, California. The property features 16 multi-tenant buildings totaling 227,757 SF. Currently, 80% of the small bay industrial park is leased. The buyer was Buchanan Street Partners, whose deal team included Matt Haugen. Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Matt Leupold, Aubrie Monahan, and Francisco Vazquez with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Avison Young sells midbay industrial facility in High Point, NC. Avison Young has facilitated the sale of 1415 South Elm Street in High Point, North Carolina. The property features a 46,004 SF industrial building with a fenced-in truck court. The Avison Young deal team included John Gainey and Evan Sassaman.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases small bay space in Chicago, IL area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 25,631 SF at 1071 Thorndale Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois. With this transaction, the property is now 100% leased. Chris Nelson with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Prologis, in the deal. The tenant, McDonald Associates Inc., was represented by Jeff Fischer with KBC Advisors.
