ACQUISITION: JDI Realty buys small bay assets in northeast San Antonio. JDI Realty, in partnership with Pro Business Centers, has acquired 18838 FM 2252 in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 21 buildings totaling 81,735 SF of warehouse, retail, and flex space across 10 AC. AJ Greenberg and Sam Sherman led the JDI Realty deal team in the off-market transaction. Nicholas Yale and Simone Fraser led the Pro Business Centers deal team.

DISPOSITION: LevRose Commercial sells Phoenix-area small bay for $3.3M. LevRose Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 7755 East Redfield Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. The property features a 10,080 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Jason Reddington and Keri Davies with LevRose represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Institutional Property Advisors sells small bay asset in SLC. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has facilitated the sale of 5098 West Amelia Earhart Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah. The property features a 10,342 SF small bay industrial asset. Quinn Callahan and Tivon Moffitt with IPA represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers sale of Atlanta-area small bay aseet. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 71-75 Wansley Drive Southeast in Cartersville, Georgia. The property features a 6,480 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Jostin Calo, Will Uhl, and Brad Duckett with Lee & Associates - Atlanta represented the buyer in the off-market transaction and structured a new lease with the in-place tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: Blau & Berg leases shallow bay space in NYC metro area. The Blau & Berg Company has facilitated the leasing of 1160 Springfield Road in Union, New Jersey. The property features 46,350 SF of industrial space. The new tenant is USA Concessions. The Blau & Berg deal team included Jason Crimmins, Alex Conte, Peter Murano, and Nicholas Bio.
