ACQUISITION: Terreno buys shallow bay facility in Seattle area for $9.3M. Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired 9660 153rd Avenue Northeast in Redmond, Washington. The property features a 33,000 SF industrial building on 1.5 acres. Terreno intends to renovate the property to offer 26,000 SF of industrial space. The Terreno deal team included Shane Hoey and Michaela Layton.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells shallow bay in Northern VA for $7.85M. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 7942 Cluny Court in Springfield, Virginia. The property includes a 39,243 SF industrial building on 2.21 acres. The Marcus & Millichap deal team included John Faus and Bryn Merrey, who represented the seller, PRI Corp., and brought the buyer, JKP VA LLC.

ACQUISITION: MCA Realty buys small bay facility in Las Vegas for $4.2M. MCA Realty has acquired 4205 West Tompkins Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property features a 19,500 SF multi-tenant building plus a 28,500 SF of fenced yard space. The MCA deal team was led by Jason Neiger and Michael Mullahey. Sam Newman and Pat Marsh with Colliers brokered the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers sale of small bay complex in Houston, TX. Colliers has facilitated the off-market sale of Tanner Road Business Park, located at 9863-9869 Tanner Road in Houston, Texas. The complex features 4 industrial buildings totaling 83,512 SF. Zack Martin, Todd Moore, and Connor Duffy with Colliers represented the buyer, Hanson Capital, in the transaction. Joshua Lass Sughrue and Perry Oster with JLS Real Estate represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Clear Height Properties buys light industrial facility in Chicago. Clear Height Properties and partner Harbert Management Corp. have acquired 321 West Lake Street in Elmhurst, Illinois. The property features an 82,692 SF industrial building currently leased to 2 tenants. The Clear Height leadership team includes Dominic Sergi, Joe Sergi, and Gary Rose. Michael Caprile, Ryan Bain, Zach Graham, Joe Horrigan, and Cal Payne with CBRE facilitated the sale.
