Warespace buys Seattle area asset

ACQUISITION: WareSpace buys 1st location in Seattle metro area. WareSpace has acquired 700 Powell Avenue Southwest in Renton, Washington. The property features a 90,000 SF industrial building that the company will redevelop into a multi-tenant facility with units measuring 200-2,000 SF. The WareSpace deal team included Jeff Jenkins, Joseph Ely, Levi Cohen, and Jeffrey Giese. Rick Page and Connor Powell with NAI Puget Sound Properties facilitated the transaction.

Doors and Spaces buys NJ small bay

ACQUISITION: Doors & Spaces buys small bay asset in Voorhees, NJ, for $4.125M. Doors & Spaces Industrial has acquired 476 Centennial Boulevard in Voorhees, New Jersey. The property features a 32,850 SF multi-tenant industrial-flex building that was 100% occupied at closing. Brian Whitmer, Jonathan Weinstein, and Matthew Dietrick led the Doors & Windows deal team.

Kloof buys CT small bay

ACQUISITION: Kloof Capital buys flex-industrial asset in Stratford, CT, for $4M. Kloof Capital has acquired 555 Lordship Boulevard in Stratford, Connecticut. The property features a 54,000 SF multi-tenant flex-industrial building. The Kloof deal team included Brett Kaplan. Jon Angel with Angel Commercial represented both Kloof and the seller, 1608 Development LTD Partnership, in the transaction.

BRC sells NJ small bay

DISPOSITION: Bussel Realty Corp. sells small bay in Metuchen, NJ, for $3.5M. The Jaynes Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the sale of 60 Liberty Street in Metuchen, New Jersey. The property features a 12,500 SF industrial building. Steve Jaynes, Nalini Rebecca Abraham, and Doug Jaynes, represented both the seller, Liberty Street Realty LLC, and the buyer, Sixty Liberty Holdings LLC, in the transaction.

CBRE leases Inland Empire small bay

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 2 small bay industrial units in Inland Empire of CA. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of Suites H and C at 1900 Proforma Avenue in Ontario, California. The units total 17,000 and 8,000 SF, respectively. Alexander Davis, Ryan Athens, and Jeff Fritch with CBRE represented the landlord, Rexford Industrial, in the transaction.

L&A leases SoCal small bay

LEASE SIGNED: L&A’s Colton Group leases small bay space in Costa Mesa, CA. The Colton Group of Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of Suite B9 at 1599 Superior Avenue in Costa Mesa, California. The suite features 1,600 SF of industrial space. Scott Colton, Trent Martin, and Casey Lynton led the Colton Group deal team.
