ACQUISITION: Rising Realty Partners buys small bay portfolio in Denver area. Rising Realty Partners has acquired Creekside Business Park, located at 1900 South Sunset Street in Longmont, Colorado. The portfolio features 3 buildings totaling 257,266 SF. John Golden led the Rising Realty Partners deal team.

ACQUISITION: Sand Lake Realty buys small bay property in Pompano Beach, FL, for $6.325M. Sand Lake Realty has acquired 1241-1251 North Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach, Florida. The property features 2 buildings and will be rebranded as Airport Commerce Center. John Forman and McCoy Berger led the Sand Lake deal team. Jordan Beck with Berger Commercial Realty represented Sand Lake in the transaction and will market the property for lease, along with Calder Alfano and Rowan Gilbert.

ACQUISITION: Cawley CRE brokers sale of shallow bay asset in Chicagoland. Cawley CRE has facilitated the sale of 657 Wolverine Drive in Aurora, Illinois. The property features a 58,236 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Andrew Maletich and Matt Garland with Cawley CRE represented the buyer, The Missner Group, in the transaction and are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Bryant Capital Advisors sells flex industrial asset in New Bern, NC. Bryant Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of 101 Austin Bradley Lane in New Bern, North Carolina. The property features a 20,000 SF industrial building currently occupied by 2 tenants. The Bryant Capital Advisors deal team was led by Jake Viverette.

ACQUISITION: JLL facilitates sale of midbay warehouse on Long Island. JLL has facilitated the sale of 11 Ranick Drive South in Amityville, New York. The property features a 42,000 SF industrial building. Thomas DiMicelli, Doug Omstrom, Max Omstrom, Andrew Gonzalez, Rachel Sapienza, and Rosa Buckley with JLL represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASES SIGNED: Kipnis Group leases up small bay site in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Kipnis Group of The Keyes Co. has fully leased 133 Southeast 4th Street in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The gated property features 17 units. Aaron Kipnis led the Kipnis Group deal team.
