DISPOSITION: Blackstone sells 1.9M SF industrial portfolio in Sacramento. Blackstone has sold a portfolio of 28 industrial buildings totaling 1.9M SF. The properties are located mostly on and around North Market Boulevard in Sacramento, California, and feature suites ranging in size from 2,000-23,000 SF. The buyer was Blue Rise Ventures. Brad Idleman, Kevin Moul, Bob Gilley, and Andy Zighelboim with Colliers facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells light-industrial portfolio in Chicago metro area. JLL has facilitated the sale of the Chicago Collar Counties Industrial Portfolio. The portfolio consists of 10 industrial buildings totaling 717,475 SF. The JLL deal team included Kurt Sarbaugh, Trent Agnew, Ed Halaburt, Sean Devaney, Ross Bratcher, and Cameron Chandra.

ACQUISITION: MCA Realty buys Salt Lake City industrial park. MCA Realty has acquired Pickett Circle Industrial Park, located on Pickett Circle in Salt Lake City, Utah. The property features 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 77,944 SF. The MCA Realty deal team included Jason Neiger and Michael Mullahey.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells small bay portfolio in Austin metro area. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 40134 and 40227 Industrial Park Circle in Georgetown, Texas. The property features 2 multi-tenant buildings totaling 17,500 SF. Jeff Miller and Dylan Servais with Matthews represented the buyer, Matador, in the transaction. The Matador deal team included Jeremy Mercer, Will Narduzzi, and Dylan Davis.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases small bay space in Washington, DC, metro area. Newmark’s Mid-Atlantic Industrial Team has facilitated the leasing of 33,984 SF at 845 Hampton Park Boulevard in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Brian Kruger, Thomas Hinder, and Erik Evans with Newmark represented the tenant, General Insulation, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases out small bay space in DFW metro area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 2,895 SF of industrial space at TI Business Park, located at 1351 TI Boulevard in Richardson, Texas. Jessica Reinhardt, Susan Cancemi, and George Tanghongs with Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth represented the landlord. Stewart Fuller with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant, City Wide Property Services.
