ACQUISITION: Unilev Capital buys small bay portfolio in Minneapolis area. Unilev Capital has acquired 4 multi-tenant small bay properties in Minnesota: 1971 Seneca Road in Eagan, 1420-1444 Cliff Road in Burnsville, 3830 Cheatham Avenue in Minneapolis, and 1449 1st Avenue in New Brighton. Combined, the portfolio totals 220,244 SF. The Unilev deal team was led by Ian Konowitch, Raymond Levy, and Peter Berges. Bentley Smith, Zach Graham, Joe Horrigan, Michael Caprile, Ryan Bain, Judd Welliver, Victoria Gomez, and Gianna Papa with CBRE facilitated the transaction. Billy Mork and Mike Vannelli, also with CBRE, arranged the financing.

ACQUISITION: Kidder Mathews arranges sale of small bay in Tacoma for $5M. Kidder Mathews has facilitated the sale of 2940 South M Street in Tacoma, Washington. The property, known as M Street Industrial Park, features 5 tenant spaces for a total of 23,500 SF. Matt McLennan with Kidder Mathews represented the buyer in the 1033 exchange transaction.

ACQUISITION: Clear Height buys Chicagoland small bay. Clear Height Properties, in partnership with Harbert Management Corp., has acquired 500 Industrial Drive in Bensenville, Illinois. The property features a 15,126 SF industrial building. Robin Stolberg led the Clear Height deal team. Jacob Friedman with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: KLNB sells shallow bay campus in the Baltimore-DC metro area. KLNB has facilitated the sale of Stonewood Business Center, located at 7165-7195 Oakland Mills Road in Columbia, Maryland. The property features 4 industrial buildings totaling 150,000 SF on 10.4 acres. Donald Schline and Christopher Kubler with KLNB Capital Markets represented the seller, J2J LLC, and secured the 1031 exchange buyer, The Premier Cos. The KLNB deal team also included Joe Friedman, Josh Norwitz, and Liam Leonard.

DISPOSITION: Coldwell Banker sells Bay Area flex industrial building. Coldwell Banker Commercial has facilitated the sale of 5675 Horton Street in Emeryville, California. The property features a 7,950 SF industrial building. Steven Caravelli and Kevin Caravelli with Coldwell Banker Commercial represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Webb Industrial facilitates lease extension in Tampa, FL. Webb Industrial has arranged the extension of a lease at 5410 Pioneer Park Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. Evan Webb with Webb Industrial represented the tenant, Loading Dock 2. Sam Korolos and Lisa Ross with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
