Greenwich Street buys Colorado small bay

ACQUISITION: Greenwich Street buys small bay park in Denver, CO. Greenwich Street has acquired 6232 Beach Street in Denver, Colorado. The 3.2 acre property features 4 buildings for a total of 53,420 SF. Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors brokered the transaction. A Northmarq team led by Dennis Williams and Andrew Deaver assisted with the sale. The Greenwich Street deal team was led by Conner Thomas.

ACQUISITION: B&D buys shallow bay in North Brunswick, NJ for $37M. B&D Holdings, along with investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, has acquired 1460 Livingston Avenue in North Brunswick, New Jersey. The portfolio includes 5 shallow bay industrial buildings for a total of 205,000 SF. The B&D deal team was led by Rob Logan and Jack Shulman. Guy Hananya of Clear Height Advisors and Max Custer of JLL brokered the sale.

ACQUISITION: Newport buys small bay park in Fullerton, CA. Newport RE Partners has acquired Fullerton Brea Business Park, located at 4010-4080 North Palm Street in Fullterton, California. The park consists of 8 buildings totaling 110,933 SF. The seller was BKM Capital Partners. A Cushman & Wakefield team that included Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Matthew Leupold, Bryce Aberg, Jeff Cole, and Nico Napolitano brokered the sale. Newport RE Partners is led by Panos Kiayias and T.J. Coveyou.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells shallow bay in Indianapolis, IN for $5.24M. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 5150 Elmwood Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 34,000 SF property is currently leased by wholesale pool supply distributor Cinderella. The CBRE team of Kevin Foley, Austin Wolitarsky, Anthony DeLorenzo, Nick Busch, and Terry Busch represented the seller.

LEASE SIGNED: L&A negotiates lease of Dallas shallow bay. Lee & Associates has brokered the lease of 1314 Viceroy Drive in Dallas, Texas. The shallow bay industrial facility totals 40,081 SF. L&A’s Stephen Williamson represented the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners. Tod Zhang of Mohr Partners represented the new tenant, Yamato Transport USA.
