ACQUISITION: Outrig expands into small bay space with Orlando acquisition. RV and boat storage company Outrig Storage has acquired 6766 Narcoossee Road in Orlando, Florida. The property, now named Outrig — Orlando Commerce Park, features 97,000 SF of storage space. “We remain committed to leading the RV and boat storage industry, and at the same time, we see tremendous opportunity in small bay,” says Outrig Storage President Dennis King.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells small bay facility in Lake Worth Beach, FL for $2M. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 1106 5th Avenue South in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. The property features a 6,872 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Tyler Kuhlman and Luke Hansen with CBRE represented the seller, Present Equity Advisors, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells multi-tenant building in Spartanburg, SC. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 111 Belton Drive in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The property features a 48,360 SF multi-tenant flex/industrial building. Elledge Willis and Jordan Skellie with Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Harbor Capital buys shallow bay facility in DFW area. Harbor Capital has acquired 923 West Mayfield Road in Arlington, Texas. The property includes 4 multi-tenant shallow bay industrial buildings totaling 190,008 SF. The seller was Fort Capital. Seth Koschak, Matteson Hamilton, Lee Belland, and Brett Carlton with Stream Realty Partners facilitated the sale.

LEASE SIGNED: KBC Advisors leases Chicagoland small bay space. KBC Advisors has facilitated the leasing of 9,728 SF of small bay industrial space at 840 Oak Creek Drive in Lombard, Illinois. Formerly tenanted by non-industrial user, the space was fully remodeled to provide usable warehouse space. Brandon Waters and Ben Scherer with KBC represented the landlord, Saint Paul Properties Management, in the transaction. Brad Bullington and Ian Pattison with Entre Commercial Realty represented the tenant, ACB Trans.
