ACQUISITION: STRO buys small bay facility in Fairfield, NJ for $13.6M. The STRO Cos. has acquired 97 Fairfield Road in Fairfield, New Jersey. The 76,560 SF facility is fully leased with units ranging from 800 to 13,000 SF. The STRO deal team included Albert Fitch, Steven Millstein, and Elliot Ferris. Howard Weinberg of JLL represented the seller, Kessel Associates.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells small bay in Little Rock, AR for $3.7M. Colliers has brokered the sale of 6805 West 12th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. The 66,607 SF property features dock-high and roll-up doors. Nathan Monan of Colliers represented the seller, BHWLR Parkwood LLC, and is handling the leasing of the property’s units. SEP Parkwood LLC, led by Grant Reaves of Stoic Equity Partners, was the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Redfearn Capital buys shallow bay in Riviera Beach, FL. Redfearn Capital has acquired 6780 White Drive in Riviera Beach, Florida. The 2 acre property includes a 25,000 SF warehouse with 6 loading doors, 24’ clear height, and outdoor storage. The property is currently leased to World Electric Supply. Redfearn is led by CEO Alexander Redfearn.

LEASE SIGNED: L&A and CBRE negotiate mid-bay lease in DFW area. Lee & Associates and CBRE have facilitated the lease of 3250 West Story Road in Irving, Texas. The property features a 64,134 SF industrial building. L&A’s Nathan Denton represented the tenant, Reliant Air Conditioning. CBRE’s Steve Trese and Wilson Brown represented the landlord, Prologis.

LEASE SIGNED: Voit RE Services leases shallow bay in La Mirada, CA. Voit’s Dan Berkenfield represented the tenant, SOPREMA USA, in the leasing of 15977 Heron Avenue in La Mirada, California. The property features a 31,944 SF building on 2.34 acres.
