DISPOSITION: Matthews sells small bay park in Lakeland, FL, for $9.25M. Matthews has facilitated the sale of Epicenter Commerce Park, located at 8420 Epicenter Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. The property features 11 buildings totaling 61,000 SF, plus a 2.44 AC development site for industrial outdoor storage (IOS). Nick Watson with Matthews represented the seller in the transaction. ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of shallow bay campus in San Antonio. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 5504 Bandera Road in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 11 multi-tenant buildings totaling 114,994 SF. Ernesto Melgar Campos, Adam Abushagur, and Tyler Ranft with Marcus & Millichap Southwest represented the buyer in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Clock Tower Industrial buys small bay facility in Richmond, VA. Clock Tower Industrial (CTI) has acquired 4291 November Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. The property features a fully leased Class A industrial facility totaling 18,000 SF, plus an adjacent 1.21 AC land parcel. CTI sold the parcel shortly after closing. Alec Ludwig led the CTI deal team. Jack Hamilton and Kyle Malin with Marcus & Millichap facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Sail Holdings buys small bay park in North Fort Worth, TX. Sail Holdings has acquired Park Vista Business Park, located at 5750 and 5758 Park Vista Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 22,000 SF. Jeremy Mojica with Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth facilitated the transaction. The Sail Holdings deal team included Garrett Nerren and Corbin Anderson.

LEASE SIGNED: JLL leases small bay industrial in Charlotte metro area. JLL has facilitated the leasing of 3607 Gribble Road in Matthews, North Carolina. The property features a 10,000 SF industrial building. John Kincaid and Rich Grieder with JLL represented the landlord, Stono Group. Kevin Hann and Sanders Chapman led the Stono Group deal team. Ezra Leak with Trinity Partners represented the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases shallow bay suites in Reno, NV. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of Suites 105, 106, and 107 at 7252 Colbert Drive in Reno, Nevada. Combined, the suites total 22,102 SF. Mike Nevis and Emily Jaenson represented the landlord, AEW, in the transaction.
