ACQUISITION: BKM Capital Partners buys shallow bay portfolio in Seattle metro for $85.6M. BKM Capital Partners has acquired 1141-1159 Andover Park West in Tukwila and 22640 West Valley Highway and 22645 72nd Avenue South in Kent, Washington. Combined, the portfolio totals roughly 401,000 SF across 19 AC. BKM plans to spend about $4M on capital improvements for the portfolio. Brett Turner and Michael Grossner led the BKM deal team. Buzz Ellis, Rachel Jones, Rose Kipfer, and Bryn Reisbeck with JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells shallow bay portfolio in Dallas. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 4545-4685 Mint Way in Dallas, Texas. The portfolio features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 159,491 SF. The CushWake deal team included Jim Carpenter, Jud Clements, Robby Rieke, Emily Brandt, Trevor Berry, and Jodi Brown.

ACQUISITION: Clock Tower Industrial buys small bay asset in Greensboro, NC. Clock Tower Industrial has acquired 120 Landmark Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina. The property features a 15,000 SF industrial building and was acquired in a short-term sale-leaseback transaction with Carlton Scale. Alec Ludwig led the Clock Tower deal team. Charles Wright with Simpson Commercial Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Newmark sells small bay portfolio in Baltimore metro area. Newmark has facilitated the sale of 1512-1516 Jabez Run in Millersville, Maryland. The property features 3 buildings totaling 41,708 SF. Nick SIgnor, Cris Abramson, Benjamin McCarty, Henry Pleszkoch, and Sam Slater with Newmark represented the seller, The Becker Organization, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lucern Capital Partners leases out small bay space in Mooresville, NC. Lucern Capital Partners has leased out small bay space at 113 Gasoline Alley in Mooresville, North Carolina. The property features a multi-tenant small bay building totaling 22,583 SF. The new tenant is Empire Electric. Frank Forte led the Lucern deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases small bay space in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 3,000 SF of industrial space at 2010 Industrial Boulevard in Rockwall, Texas. Brett Lewis and Taylor Stell with Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth represented the landlord, Rockwall Blvd Owner LLC. Grant English with Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, Fortis Lakeside MMA.
