NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Unilev buys shallow bay facility in Chattanooga, TN. Unilev Capital, together with partner Mandalay Industrial (an affiliate of Palladius Capital Management), has acquired 14 Pryor Drive in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The property features a 97,766 SF multi-tenant shallow bay industrial asset. Ian Konowitch, Raymond Levy, and Peter Berges led the Unilev deal team, while the Mandalay team was led by Nitin Chexal. Tom Shafer and Chase Mathews with OnPace Partners facilitated the transaction. Jacob Kahle with Aegon Asset Management and Jeff Sause and Chad Morgan with JLL assisted with the financing.

ACQUISITION: Goldwaite buys shallow bay industrial in Dallas, TX. Goldwaite has acquired 10611 Control Place in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 24,368 SF shallow bay industrial building with excellent acccess to I-635. The Goldwaite deal team included Mitchell Miller and Zane Smith. Keenan Cook with Mercer Co. facilitated the transaction, while Bobby Draughn with Inwood National Bank provided the acquisition financing.

ACQUISITION: DIG buys small bay asset in Reno, NV area. Dornin Investment Group (DIG) has acquired 831 Deming Way in Sparks, Nevada. The property features a 4-unit industrial building totaling 61,770 SF. DIG intends to renovate the property for a total of 5 units. Chris Dornin and Philip Smith led the DIG deal team. Michael Keating with Logic Commercial Real Estate facilitated the sale. Michael Walker and Andrew Gross with CBRE arranged the financing.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE facilitates shallow bay lease renewal in Bay Area. CBRE has facilitated the renewal of a lease for 32,172 SF of industrial space at 28357 Industrial Boulevard in Hayward, California. Austin Hinder and Tim Kempton with CBRE represented the tenant, Ironridge, in the transaction. Nick Ousman with Colliers represented the landlord, Shea Properties.

FUNDING: Slatt closes $5M acquisition loan for small bay in San Jose, CA. Slatt Capital has closed a $4,975,000 acquisition loan for 749 Story Road in San Jose, California. The property features a 31,900 SF multi-tenant industrial building. The Slatt deal team included David Bruni and Kristin Howes.
