Infinity Properties buys Atlanta small bay

ACQUISITION: Infinity Properties buys Atlanta area industrial park for $17.5M. Infinity Properties has acquired 6030 Georgia Highway 85 in Riverdale, Georgia. The property features 6 multi-tenant buildings totaling 175,000 SF, as well as more than 5 acres of industrial outdoor storage (IOS). The Infinity Properties deal team included Shane Decker, Brett Schlacter, and Peleg Amzalag. (If you want to read more about IOS deals, check out our sister publication IOS List.)

Redfearn Capital buys South Florida small bay sites

ACQUISITION: Redfearn Capital buys 2 small bay assets in South FL for $10.8M. Redfearn Capital has acquired 2 multi-tenant industrial assets in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Redfearn deal team was led by Tony Morelli, Nelson Mendoza, and Alex Redfearn. The properties are:

4875 Park Ridge Road in Boynton Beach — 17,215 SF; acquired for $3.4M
1445-1449 Jupiter Park Drive in Jupiter — 30,920 SF; acquired for $7.4M

Clear Height/Long Wharf JV buys Chicago midbay

ACQUISITION: Clear Height/Long Wharf buy Chicago area midbay warehouse. A joint venture (JV) between Clear Height Properties and Long Wharf Capital has acquired 1400 Morse Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The property features a 91,937 SF industrial building. Bill Lussow and Matt Kelly with Bespoke Commercial Real Estate were the sole brokers in the transaction. Terry Herlihy, Mark Baumhart, and Harrison Taylor with NAI Hiffman will be marketing the property for lease.

Evergen sells Salt Lake City shallow bay

DISPOSITION: Evergen sells shallow bay in Salt Lake City, UT. Evergen Equity has sold 2354 South State Street in South Salt Lake, Utah. The property features a 31,500 SF industrial asset on 1.75 acres. The Evergen deal team included Troy Marcus, Patrick Dowell, Kyle King, and Omar Hossain. Michael King, Kip Paul, and JT Redd with Cushman & Wakefield represented Evergen in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: B&D Holdings buys shallow bay asset in NYC metro area. B&D Holdings has acquired 425 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley, New York. The property features 2 shallow bay industrial buildings totaling 59,500 SF, as well as 1 acre of storage yard space. The B&D deal team included Martin Segal and Jack Shulman. William Anson and Kevin Langtry with RM Friedland represented the seller. JLL’s Max Custer repped B&D on the debt placement.
