NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells Fort Lauderdale, FL shallow bay for $8.5M. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has sold 2968 Ravenswood Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The property consists of a multi-tenant industrial building totaling 40,800 SF. The Mathews deal team included Michael Buonadonna and Harrison Auerbach.

ACQUISITION: Dalfen buys Central Florida small bay portfolio. Dalfen Industrial has acquired 1402 Tech Boulevard in Tampa and 6305 Chancellor Drive in Orlando, Florida. Together, the portfolio totals 67,420 SF. The sale was facilitated by a Colliers deal team that included Ryan Vaught, Riley Vaught, Jimmy Ulrich, and Michael Macchia. The Dalfen deal team included Sean Dalfen, Tyler McElroy, and Chris Segrest.

ACQUISITION: Small bay park in Florence, OR sells for $2.2M. Northmarq represented the buyer in the sale of 1725-1735 Kingwood Street in Florence, Oregon. The property features 12 small bay units for a total of 20,982 SF. The Northmarq deal team included Anthony Albrecht, Patrick O’Malley, and Erica Seward. Zach Reichle with Macadam Forbes represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: MDH Partners buys shallow bay facility in Laredo, TX. MDH Partners has acquired 14002 Mercury Drive in Laredo, Texas. The property includes a 70,000 Class A industrial building. The MDH deal team was led by Makenna Barbara. Alfonso Jasso with Forum CRE represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: The STRO Cos. lease shallow bay in Tampa, FL. The STRO Companies have leased 5126 West Cypress Street in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 19,422 SF warehouse. The STRO Cos. deal team included Elliot Ferris, Albert Fitch, Kevin Bramhall, Emily Sussal Wolf, Mark Jackson, and Gabe Millstein. Jessica Mizrahi and Julia Silva with Lee & Associates represented The STRO Cos. Carter Henderson with ROI Commercial Property Brokerage represented the tenant, Live Marketing LLC.

FINANCING: BKM completes $550M recap of multi-state industrial portfolio. BKM Capital Partners and partner Kayne Anderson Real Estate have executed the recapitalization of a portfolio of 9 industrial parks totaling more than 2.1M SF. BKM is led by Brian Malliet, while Al Rabil leads the Kayne Anderson team. The properties in the portfolio are:
