DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells small bay portfolio in Scottsdale, AZ for $62.45M. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of the Pima Center Light Industrial Portfolio, a 4-building project located at the northwest corner of Loop 101 and Via de Ventura in Scottsdale, Arizona. The portfolio totals 264,363 SF. The CushWake deal team included Will Strong, Michael Matchett, Molly Miller, Jack Stamets, and Madeline Warren.

ACQUISITION: Urban Genesis buys shallow bay portfolio in Houston, TX. Urban Genesis has acquired a portfolio of 6 multi-tenant shallow bay industrial properties located in Northwest and Southwest Houston. The portfolio totals 469,051 SF. Matt Shafiezadeh, Hunain Dada, and Himesh Patel led the Urban Genesis deal team. Trent Agnew, Charlie Strauss, Lance Young, and Brooke Petzold with JLL represented the seller, Bernell & Associates, in the transaction. The properties in the portfolio are:

DISPOSITION: GGP sells shallow bay park in Greenville, SC MSA for $22.17M. Greenberg Gibbons Properties (GGP) has sold Pelham Crossing, a newly constructed 2-building shallow bay facility located at 2740 and 2750 South Highway 14 in Greer, South Carolina. The property is fully leased to 8 tenants and totals 96,823 SF. The buyer was Fairway Investments. Tilghman Herring led the GGP deal team.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells shallow bay park in Madera, CA for $16.75M. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 325-355 South Schnoor Avenue in Madera, California. The property features 4 multi-tenant buildings with 74 units totaling 144,300 SF. The Lee & Associates deal team included Justin Smith, Grant La Bounty, Chris Vassilian, Chad Brock, Eric Powers, and Ross Puskarich.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells small bay asset in Denver, CO. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 2390 Kalamath Street in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 6-unit small bay industrial building totaling 12,000 SF. Angelo Vattano and Spencer Mason with Matthews represented the seller in the all-cash transaction.
