DISPOSITION: CushWake | Thalhimer sells midbay facility in VA for $5.55M. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has facilitated the sale-leaseback of 347 South Oak Lane in Waynesboro, Virginia. The property features a 30,750 SF warehouse. The buyer was Lester Properties, and the seller was Hathaway RE Investments. The CushWake | Thalhimer deal team of Bo McKown and Cathy Spangler represented the seller with assistance from Johnny Pritzlaff and Jenny Stoner.

ACQUISITION: Venture One buys small bay facility on Long Island, NY. Through its VK Industrial VII acquisition fund, Venture One Real Estate has acquired 220 Sherwood Avenue in Farmingdale, New York. The property features a fully-leased 50,043 SF multi-tenant industrial building with units ranging from 11,373 SF to 25,383 SF. The Venture One team is led by Mark Goode and Roy Splansky. David Pennetta, Stephen Cadorette, and Tom DeLuca with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Merritt buys small bay industrial building in Baltimore, MD. Merritt Properties has acquired 7483 Candlewood Road in Hanover, Maryland. The property features units ranging from 4,900 to 24,400 SF, for a total of 67,382 SF. Jonathan Beard with CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. Bobby Lanigan and Liz Allison led the Merritt deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: NAI Ohio Equities leases small bay space in Columbus, OH. NAI Ohio Equities has brokered the lease of 620 Taylor Station Road, Suite P, in Gahanna, Ohio. NAI Ohio Equities’ Simon Kroos represented Mint Pest Control, the new tenant of the 1,445 SF industrial space, with help from Chad Boggs.

LEASE SIGNED: Macallan leases small bay building in Atlanta, GA metro area. Macallan Real Estate has leased 9184 Old Atlanta Highway in Covington, Georgia. The property features a 16,100 single-tenant industrial building with outdoor storage. The new tenant is ServiceMaster. George Hart with Macallan represented the landlord in the transaction.
