DISPOSITION: CushWake sells small bay portfolio in Orlando for $125M. Cushman & Wakefield has sold the American Industrial Center, located at 801 South Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Longwood, Florida. The 25-building portfolio totals 819,588 SF on 57 acres. The buyer was Investcorp, and the seller was Starwood Property Trust. Rick Colon and Mike Davis with Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction. Derek Riggleman and Ryan Griffith with Lee & Associates are marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells flex space in Salem, MA for $10.125M. Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of 1 Technology Way in Salem, Massachusetts. The property features a multi-tenant industrial building totaling 84,814 SF. The buyer was Calare Properties, and the seller was KAK Realty. The Marcus & Millichap deal team included Harrison Klein, Luigi Lessa, and Mattias Edenkrans.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells shallow bay portfolio in Valley Cottage, NY. JLL has facilitated the sale of 616 and 618 Corporate Way and 711 Executive Boulevard in Valley Cottage, New York. The 3 buildings total 261,950 SF and are currently leased to 17 tenants with an average suite size of approximately 8,500 SF. Jason Lundy, Jose Cruz, Marc Duval, Nicholas Stefans, and Jordan Avanzato with JLL represented the sellers and also procured the buyer.

LEASE SIGNED: Cavender & Hill leases shallow bay unit in San Antonio area. Cavender & Hill Properties has facilitated the leasing of industrial space at the Freehill Selma Industrial Park, located at 17263 Lookout Road in Selma, Texas. The 3 building park totals 127,500 SF. C. Lee Jordan with Cavender & Hill represented the landlord, Freehill, in the transaction. The new tenant is CJI Piping & Fabrication.

LEASE SIGNED: NAI Ohio Equities leases industrial space in Columbus, OH area. NAI Ohio Equities represented the tenant in the leasing of 784-788 Morrison Road in Gahanna, Ohio. The unit includes 10,675 SF of industrial space. The NAI Ohio Equities deal team was led by Simon Kroos.
PEOPLE MOVES: Jake Stauber joins Hersh Equity Group’s acquisitions team. Jake Stauber has joined the acquisitions team at Hersh Equity Group Inc. Jake is focusing on small bay industrial acquisitions in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
