BKM passes 100 property mileston

ACQUISITION: BKM Capital Partners celebrates 100 assets under ownership. BKM Capital Partners, which specializes in small bay industrial properties, has announced that it has passed the milestone of owning and operating more than 100 properties. The company’s portfolio now spans more than 14M SF across 20 major US markets. CEO, CIO, and founder Brian Malliet leads the BKM team.

BA&D buys DFW small bay

ACQUISITION: BA&D, ABR buy small bay industrial park in DFW Metroplex. Birtcher Anderson & Davis (BA&D) and ABR Capital Partners have acquired Airport Circle Business Park, located at 1103-1109 South Airport Circle in Euless, Texas. The property features 7 buildings totaling 50,112 SF. The BA&D deal team included Evan Hanyak and Daniel Karcher, while Thomas Burton led the ABR deal team. Rich Young Jr. with the Rich Young Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

Northway sells NC small bay

DISPOSITION: Northway sells small bay warehouse in Charlotte metro area. Northway Commercial has divested 1774 South Industrial Park Road in Lincolnton, North Carolina. The property features a 27,660 SF industrial building on nearly 5 AC. Van Southard with Heritage Ventures and Gregory Gosselin with Colliers facilitated the transaction.

Lober leases Tampa small bay

LEASE SIGNED: Lober fully leases up small bay industrial park in East Tampa. Lober Real Estate has fully leased up Hanna Business Park, located at 2705 East Hanna Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property features 41,900 SF of industrial space. Alex Seow, Robbie Lober, and Devin Beeler with Lober represented the landlord, Horizon Equities, in the transactions. Joe Kotler led the Horizon Equities deal team.

Blue Light arranges bridge loan

FINANCING: Blue Light arranges $15.79M bridge loan for FL shallow bay portfolio. Blue Light Capital has successfully closed a $15.79M bridge loan for the acquisition of a shallow bay portfolio by Denholtz and Meadow Partners. The portfolio totals 117,635 SF in Casselberry, Florida (see our Feb. 10 issue for more details). Mike Tepedino, Jeremy Burton, Chilton Gaines, Chris Thomas, and Will Mead led the Blue Light deal team.
