ACQUISITION: Equus buys mid- and shallow bay assets in Reno metro for $96M. An affiliate of Equus Capital has acquired the Greg Center, located at 150 and 50 East Greg Street and 955 South McCarran Boulevard in Sparks, Nevada. The portfolio features 2 mid-bay and 2 shallow bay multi-tenant buildings totaling 514,900 SF. Robert Butchenhart and Michael Riordan led the Equus deal team.

DISPOSITION: L|H Capital Partners sells small bay park in Orlando metro. L|H Capital Partners has facilitated the sale of Live Oaks Trade Center, located at 102 Live Oaks Boulevard in Casselberry, Florida. The property features 5 multi-tenant buildings totaling 100,000 SF. Nick Ledvora, Nick Hanson, and Ryan Hutkowski led the L|H Capital Partners deal team.

ACQUISITION: Oxford, 3 Peaks buy small bay in Columbus area for $1,615,000. Oxford Realty Advisors and 3 Peaks Capital have acquired 7658 Fishel Drive North in Dublin, Ohio. The 2.48 AC property features a 24,000 SF industrial building and is currently leased to Heritage Pool Supply Group, a subsidiary of Home Depot. Gabriel Goldberg and Eric Goldberg led the Oxford Realty Advisors deal team in the off-market transaction. The 3 Peaks Capital deal team was led by Brooks Adamo.

Capital Bay Partners buys Phoenix shallow bay

ACQUISITION: Capital Bay Partners buys shallow bay asset in Phoenix. Capital Bay Partners has acquired 2025 East University Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 40,900 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Brandon Pike led the Capital Bay Partners deal team. Foster Bundy and Phil Haenel with Cushman & Wakefield represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Rich Young Co. leases flex-industrial space in DFW Metroplex. The Rich Young Co. has facilitated the leasing of 3700 East Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas. The property features a 23,217 SF warehouse/office facility. Rich Young Jr. and David Rodin with Rich Young Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.

FINANCING: CushWake arranges $53M loan for Portland small bay sale. Cushman & Wakefield has arranged financing for SKB and RGA’s acquisition of the Columbia River Collection in Portland, Oregon (see here for more details). The portfolio features 8 buildings totaling 513,275 SF. Cushman & Wakefield’s Institutional Equity, Debt & Structured Finance deal team included Robert Rubano, Brian Share, Keith Padien, Max Schafer, and Bryce Aberg.
