FINANCING: CushWake refinances $66M Houston shallow bay portfolio. Cushman & Wakefield’s NYC Debt Capital Markets team has closed the refinancing of NorthPark34, a shallow bay industrial portfolio located at 15534 West Hardy Road in Houston, Texas. The portfolio includes 34 assets totaling 873,936 SF and is owned by Arden Logistics Parks. The CushWake deal team included Gideon Gil, Taylor Geiger, and Cecelia Galligan.

ACQUISITION: Wilshire and CBRE broker $7.6M sale of small bay in LA. Ziv Enterprises, a 1031 exchange buyer, has acquired 2136 Garfield Avenue in Commerce, California. The property features a 26,377 SF warehouse. Aaron Twersky and Craig Miller with Wilshire Advisory Group represented the buyer in the deal. Cameron Merrill and Matthew Tuinstra with CBRE represented the seller, Graue Family Ltd. Partnership.

ACQUISITION: WareSpace buys midbay facility in Phoenix, AZ. WareSpace has acquired 9801 South 51st Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 70,000 SF warehouse. The WareSpace deal team included Levi Cohen, Jeff Jenkins, and Joseph Ely. Jamie Swirtz with CBRE represented WareSpace in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Fourth Capital buys small bay facility in Atlanta metro area. Fourth Capital has acquired 3205 Industrial Way Southwest in Snellville, Georgia. The property features a 10,500 SF multi-tenant small bay industrial building. The Fourth Capital deal team was led by Murray Gray and Braden Payne.

DISPOSITION: Tailwater brokers sale of small bay facility in Denver, CO. Tailwater Real Estate has brokered the off-market sale of 5060 Havana Street in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 16,773 SF warehouse. The Tailwater deal team was led by Neil McCahill.
