ACQUISITION: Noble Family Enterprises buys small bay park in San Antonio. Noble Family Enterprises has acquired 2202 Cascade Parkway in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 8 multi-tenant buildings totaling 66,250 SF. Bradley Noble led the Noble Family Enterprises deal team in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Quad Property Group buys small bay property in Central PA. Quad Property Group has acquired 1830 South 19th Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The property features a 64,800 SF multi-tenant small bay industrial building. Justin Brindger led the Quad Property Group deal team.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells small bay facility in Central FL. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 2300 29th Street Northwest in Winter Haven, Florida. The property features 2 buildings totaling 17,099 SF. The Marcus & Millichap deal team included Anthony LaBruno, Ray Turchi, and David Vaughan.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells shallow bay building in Greater Austin metro area. JLL has facilitated the sale of Building 2 at Scottsdale Crossing, located at 1615 Scottsdale Drive in Cedar Park, Texas. The property features a 30,000 SF shallow bay office-to-industrial conversion. The JLL deal team included Witt Westbrook, Trent Agnew, Tom Weber, Kyle Mueller, and Patrick Mccord.

ACQUISITION: SARA buys small bay facility in Grand Rapids, MI, metro. SARA Investment Real Estate has acquired 102-122 54th Street Southwest in Wyoming, Michigan. The property features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 48,742 SF. The SARA deal team included Matt Jahnke. Trent Wieringa with Advantage Commercial Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases flex industrial space in Philadelphia metro. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 48,997 SF of industrial space at 1 Innovation Drive in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Jim Dugan, Justin Bell, and Patrick Nowlan with Newmark represented the landlord, Alliance HP, in the transaction. The Alliance HP deal team included Jake Maldonado, Matt Handel, and Max Ryan. Greg Soffian, Parker Wolf, and Andrea Borrelli with Savills represented the tenant.
