ACQUISITION: Decker Capital closes out 2025 with more than $100M in total deal volume. Decker Capital has announced that it acquired 9 industrial assets in Atlanta, North Florida, and coastal markets in 2025. The acquisitions brought Decker’s portfolio to over 1M SF and more than $100M in total deal volume. CEO Shane Decker and COO Peleg Amzalag lead the Decker team.

DISPOSITION: Newmark sells Bay Area shallow bay portfolio for $49M. Newmark has facilitated the sale of 7650 and 7888 Marathon Drive in Livermore, California. The property features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 241,213 SF. The buyer was Overton Moore Properties. Steven Golubchik, Edmund Najera, Darren Hollak, and Brendan Raney with Newmark represented the seller, Principal Real Estate, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Sala Industrial Partners buys shallow bay in Atlanta MSA for $4.1M. Sala Industrial Partners has acquired 2600 Summers Street in Kennesaw, Georgia. The property features an industrial building totaling 52,000 SF on 4 acres and is currently leased to Builders FirstSource. The transaction marked Sala’s 2nd acquisition. Miles Bronstein and David Gessler led the Sala deal team.

ACQUISITION: Dalfen Industrial buys Chicagoland small bay portfolio. Dalfen Industrial has acquired 801-823 and 808 Central Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois. The portfolio features 2 multi-tenant buildings totaling 56,000 SF and is currently 66% leased to 7 tenants. Michael Cohen, Christine Choi Moore, and AJ Kucinski led the Dalfen deal team. Jonathan Kohn, Jeff Devine, and Tyler Ziebel with Colliers facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: The Overton Group sells flex industrial park in Winterville, NC. The Overton Group Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of Reedy Branch Flex Park, located at 4771 Reedy Branch Road in Winterville, North Carolina. The property features 3 buildings with 30 units totaling 44,250 SF. The Overton Group deal team included Jake Viverette and Michael Overton.

LEASE SIGNED: BRC fully leases small bay center in South Plainfield, NJ. Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has 100% leased 100 Ryan Street in South Plainfield, New Jersey, with the completion of 2 transactions totaling 4,500 SF. The property features a 2-building Class A industrial center totaling 54,00 SF. Michael Costa with BRC represented the tenants, Superior Wash and Univista LLC, in both transactions. Steve Bussel with BRC represented the landlord, Ryan 100 Holdings.
