ACQUISITION: BKM buys Houston, TX small bay industrial park for $34.1M. BKM Capital Partners has acquired West Belt Business Park, located at 10611-10651 Harwin Drive in Houston, Texas. The property features 5 buildings totaling 260,887 SF. BKM intends to implement a $3.3M capital improvement to update and enhance the property. The BKM deal team included Brett Turner and Brian Malliet. Charlie Strauss, Lance Young, and Clay Anderson with JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Accordia buys multi-tenant shallow bay in Charlotte, NC. Accordia has acquired 14301 South Lakes Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 35,542 SF industrial facility was fully leased to 3 tenants at the time of the sale. The Accordia deal team was led by Matthew Pizzolato.

ACQUISITION: West Harbor buys midbay facility in Southern California. West Harbor Capital has acquired 2551 Santa Fe Avenue in Redondo Beach, California. The property features a 33,673 SF warehouse. The West Harbor deal team was led by Eric Ruehle. Andrew Dilfer, Luke Staubitz, and Harvey Beesen with Kidder Mathews are handling the leasing of the property.

DISPOSITION: Moody Rambin sells small bay in Houston, TX area. Moody Rambin has brokered the sale of 6831 Broadway Street in Pearland, Texas. The property features a 27,400 SF multi-tenant industrial building. The Moody Rambin deal team was led by Jim Autenreith and Tanner Thompson.

ACQUISITION: BLP buys midbay industrial facility in Brooklyn, NY. Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP) has acquired 333 North Henry Street in Brooklyn, New York. The property features a 62,000 SF cross-dock building. Jeff Unger and Robert Klein with Kalmon Dolgin assisted in the transaction. The BLP team is led by Jay Cornforth and Brian Gagne.

LEASE SIGNED: BRC leases small bay space in Piscataway, NJ. Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has leased 12,500 SF of industrial space at 240 North Randolphville Road in Piscataway, New Jersey. The property, which totals 22,500 SF, is now 100% leased. BRC’s Anthony Mircovich represented the landlord, Sullivan Family Holdings. EXP Realty’s Y.Y. Lien represented the tenant in the transaction.
