ACQUISITION: Brennan Investment Group buys shallow bay industrial portfolio. Brennan Investment Group has acquired a portfolio of 13 shallow bay industrial buildings totaling 801,728 SF. The properties in the portfolio are located in Chicago and Milwaukee submarkets. Daniel Smith and Jack Brennan led the Brennan Investment Group deal team.

DISPOSITION: APEX sells small bay asset in Fort Pierce, FL, for $5.2M. APEX Capital Realty has facilitated the sale of 3802 Crossroads Parkway in Fort Pierce, Florida. The property features a 40,180 SF small bay industrial building. Yoni Sunshine and Jason Abitbol with APEX represented both the buyer, PMD Capital Management, and the seller, Ted Glasrud Associates, in the transaction. Max Ducharme led the PMD deal team.

DISPOSITION: eXp’s One West Group sells warehouse in Los Angeles for $5M. The One West Group of eXp Commercial has facilitated the sale of 1631 Gardena Avenue in Glendale, California. The property features a 12,123 SF warehouse. Karl Markarian and Jeffrey Peldon with One West Group represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Capital Partners buys small bay asset in Bonita Springs, FL. Capital Partners has acquired Bernwood Trade Center I & II, located at 9201 and 9211 Cockleshell Court in Bonita Springs, Florida. The property features 2 multi-tenant buildings totaling 59,141 SF. Kellee Vinge, Peter Mork, Ron Patzer, Dick Friedrichs, and Kevin Lied led the Capital Partners deal team. Billy Mork and Will Crooks with CBRE and Tom Wentzell and Ashley Kemplin-Gamm with Barna, Guzy & Steffen assisted with the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Rancho Realty leases industrial space in Los Angeles. Rancho Realty Group Corp. has facilitated the leasing of 21021 Osborne Street in Canoga Park, California. The property features a 14,350 SF industrial building. Daniel O’Neil and Parker Jones with Rancho Realty represented the tenant, Richard Williams Interior Services, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases small bay warehouse space on Long Island. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 30,700 SF of warehouse space at 110 Emjay Boulevard in Brentwood, New York. The Colliers deal team included Jason Maietta, Tommy Rosati, and Brandon Lichtenstein.
