ACQUISITION: BKM Capital Partners buys Seattle area small bay park for $29M. BKM Capital Partners has acquired 18802-19024 13th Place South in SeaTac, Washington. The property includes 18 small bay units across 3 buildings for a total of 129,677 SF. The BKM deal team was led by Brett Turner.

DISPOSITION: CushWake sells flex industrial building in Miami area for $13.3M. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitate the sale of 10325 Northwest 112th Avenue in Medley, Florida. The property includes a 35,000 SF industrial building currently leased to Wells Fargo. CushWake’s Miguel Alcivar, Stuart Gordon, and Matthew Bittel, as well as Derrick Dougherty with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was East Capital Partners, whose deal team included Drew DeWitt.

DISPOSITION: Transwestern sells small bay facility in San Antonio, TX for $2M. Transwestern has facilitated the sale of 7815 and 7819 Fortune Drive in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 2 buildings totaling 16,265 SF. The Transwestern deal team of Chris Thompson and Luis Garza represented the seller in the transaction. Nick Terry with Rifle Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: WareSpace buys multi-tenant industrial building in Phoenix, AZ. WareSpace has acquired 9801 51st Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a multi-tenant industrial building totaling 70,000 SF. The WareSpace deal team included Levi Cohen, Jeff Jenkins, and Joseph Ely. The seller, Workspace Property Trust, was represented by Mark Gustin with JLL.

LEASE SIGNED: A.L. Commercial leases small bay space in Tampa, FL. A.L. Commercial has fully leased 16,800 SF of warehouse space at 7610 Industrial Lane in Tampa, Florida. The property includes 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings. Nathan Gennara with A..L. Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions.
