ACQUISITION: DePaul buys Denver area small bay facility for $20.25M. DePaul Real Estate Advisors has acquired 3535 and 3545 South Platte River Drive in Sheridan, Colorado. The property features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 109,000 SF. Jarod Pate led the DePaul deal team. Nick Rice and T.J. Smith with Colliers facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Chestnut buys small bay facility in Manchester, NH, for $7.8M. Chestnut Realty Management has acquired 75-95 Faltin Drive in Manchester, New Hampshire. The property features 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 51,400 SF and is currently 100% leased. The Chestnut deal team included Colton Dana.

ACQUISITION: CRE Cap Management buys flex facility in Atlanta for $2.6M. CRE Capital Management has acquired 1560-1590 Oakbrook Drive in Norcross, Georgia. The property features a 28,400 SF multi-tenant flex facility that is currently 100% occupied. The CRE deal team was led by Abhi Acharya and Taylor Smith. Tommy Watkins with Hailey Realty Co. Inc. facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Metal Investments buys flex facility in Augusta, GA, for $2.7M. Metal Investments has acquired 3023 River Watch Parkway in Augusta, Georgia. The property features a 26,025 SF flex-industrial building. Pearce Vogler led the Metal Investments deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Lucern leases small bay facility in Freehold, NJ. Lucern Capital Partners has facilitated a 5-year lease for 1008 Route 33 in Freehold, New Jersey. The property totals 34,425 SF of industrial space. Frank Forte with Lucern represented the landlord in the transaction, while Anthony Salvemini with Rosetto Realty represented the tenant.

LEASE SIGNED: MIG leases shallow bay space in South Plainfield, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. has facilitated the leasing of 27,484 SF at 20 Harmich Road, Building 2, in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel with MIG represented the tenant, Great Moving & Storage, in the transaction.
