DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells small bay park in Inland Empire. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of the small bay portion of Bellegrave Business Park at 10278-10259 Birtcher Drive in Jurupa Valley, California. The property features 121,320 SF of multi-tenant industrial space and is nearly 90% leased. The Cushman & Wakefield deal team included Nico Napolitano.

ACQUISITION: AKRE and Sunwest buy small bay facility in Laredo, TX. AKRE Partners LLC and partner Sunwest Real Estate Group have acquired 813 Nafta Boulevard in Laredo, Texas. The property includes a 50,000 SF small bay logistics facility and is located in the Milo Distribution Center submarket. Harry Ashforth and Nadav Kariv led the AKRE deal team, while the Sunwest deal team included Marc Grossfeld and Robert Clark. Karla Bennett with Holt Lunsford Commercial facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: SNS buys small bay warehouse in Atlanta metro area. SNS Investment Group has acquired 3565 McCall Place in Doraville, Georgia. The property features a 20,200 SF warehouse on 1.35 acres. The SNS deal team included Nauman Panjwani, Sahil Nimji, Sam Ali, and Zemin Dhanani.

DISPOSITION: MCA Realty sells small bay facility in Sacramento, CA. MCA Realty has sold 3418-3440 Auburn Boulevard in Sacramento, California. The property features a 35,105 SF multi-tenant industrial project. The MCA deal team included Jason Neiger and Michael Mullahey. Matt Post, Sammy Cemo, Anthony DeLorenzo, Matthew Susac, Tyler Howell, and Todd Sanfilippo with CBRE represented MCA Realty in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells shallow bay facility in Atlanta metro area. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 4550 and 4566 Lewis Road in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The property features 2 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 35,900 SF. Thomas Wilkinson and Harrison Auerbach with Matthews represented the seller in the transaction.
