NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Partners Capital sells small bay property in Houston, TX. Partners Capital, a division of Partners RE, has sold 10849 and 10899 Kinghurst Drive in Houston, Texas. This marks the 1st sale from the firm’s Investment Fund IV portfolio. Partners acquired the property in September 2022. The property features 2 buildings comprising 52,781 rentable SF on 4.56 acres. The Partners team is led by Andrew Pappas. Jason Scholtz and Jason Tangen of Colliers represented Partners in the deal.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells small bay park in Northern Virginia. JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Industrial Capital Markets Team has sold Aerocenter Business Park. The 100% leased 3-building small bay portfolio is located at 380 and 382 Arbor Court and 211 Victory Road in Winchester, Virginia. The JLL deal team included Chris Dale, Bill Prutting, Craig Childs, Ginna Wallace, Evan Schwartz, and Andrew Baquero.

LEASE SIGNED: Webb brokers Tampa, FL small bay lease. Webb Industrial RE represented the tenant, American Group Window and Doors, in the leasing of 2602 Causeway Center Drive in Tampa, Florida. The property is located close to I-75. The Webb deal team was led by Evan Webb.

DEVELOPMENT: Creation developing 16 acre commerce park in AZ. Creation RE + PE is developing a 3 building shallow bay industrial park at the southeast corner of Hardy Drive and Elliot Road in Tempe, Arizona. The park will be called the Nexus Commerce Center. The Creation team is led by David Sellers and Bob Agahi.
