ACQUISITION: BRC sells small bay in Elizabeth, NJ for $3.2M. Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has brokered the sale of 936-940 South Elmora Avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The 18,200 SF industrial property features 2 drive-in doors and 4,138 SF of office space. The BRC deal team of Steve Bussel and Jeffrey Goldfinger represented the seller, 936 South Elmora Avenue LLC. The buyer was Heaven Investments.

ACQUISITION: MacLeod sells mid-bay in Inland Empire for $13.6M. MacLeod & Co. has brokered the sale of 1720 South Carlos Avenue in Ontario, California. The nearly 2 acre property features 43,456 SF of warehouse and office space with 4 dock-high doors. The MacLeod team is led by Chase MacLeod.

ACQUISITION: Evergen buys shallow bay facility in SLC. Evergreen Equity has acquired 2354 South State Street in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 1.75 property includes a 21,500 SF flex-space building with 3 grade-level doors, along with a 10,000 SF building with 12’ doors. The Evergen team includes Troy Marcus and Patrick Dowell.

LEASE SIGNED: JLL brokers lease of mid-bay in FL for Stonemont. JLL has executed the lease of a mid-bay unit at Lakeland Commerce Center @ County Line, which is located at the northeast corner of County Line Road and Drane Field Road in Lakeland, Florida. The owner of the property is Stonemont Financial Group, led by Avery Dorr and David Kaplan. The JLL deal team included John Dunphy, Cameron Montgomery, Olivia Brock, Lindsey Harris, and Peter Cecora.

LEASE SIGNED: Seagis leases small bay site in Queens, NY. Seagis Property Group has successfully leased 144-29 156th Street in Queens, New York. The 5,000 SF property is located in the JFK Intl. Airport submarket, and the tenant is an undisclosed privately owned cargo airline. Year to date, Seagis has executed 17 leases totaling 100,000 SF in its JFK portfolio. The Seagis deal team includes Jane Finkenstaedt. Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Giugliano and John La Ruffa were the primary leasing agents.
