ACQUISITION: TWR/Integral Partners buy Phoenix area small bay for $9.2M. TWR Real Estate Partners and Integral Partners have acquired Tempe Business Center, located at 1320 West Auto Drive in Tempe, Arizona. The property features a 53,000 SF industrial building. Integral Partners represented the buyers in the transaction. Brian Ackerman with Colliers represented the seller, Brookhill Corp. Keri Scott, also with Colliers, is currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Neil Walter Co. sells small bay in Tacoma, WA for $1.45M. Neil Walter Co. has facilitated the sale of 11301 East 17th Avenue in Tacoma, Washington. The property features a 4,520 SF industrial building. Nicholas Ratzke and Briana Hickey with Neil Walter Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells small bay park in San Antonio, TX. CBRE has facilitated the sale of Rittiman Trade Center, located at 4728 Goldfield Drive in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 8 single-tenant industrial buildings totaling 77,000 SF. Andrew Price and Braeden Bernstein with CBRE represented the seller, Faropoint, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Clear Height buys light industrial building in Chicagoland. Along with partner Long Wharf Capital, Clear Height Properties has acquired 570-590 Mitchell Road in Glendale Heights, Illinois. The property features a 29,335 SF industrial building. Robin Stolberg led the Clear Height deal team. Adam Haefner and Nick Fazio with Avison Young facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Klabin leases midbay industrial in Los Angeles. The Klabin Co. has facilitated a 63-month lease for 58,300 SF at 547 West 132nd Street in Los Angeles, California. David Grote and Mike Ouellette with Klabin represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases shallow bay facility in Fort Myers, FL. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 26,611 SF at 7916 Drew Circle in Fort Myers, Florida. The property is located in an industrial park developed by Knott Realty Group. Adam Bornhorst and Derek Bornhorst led the CBRE deal team. Taylor Fields and Jannine Hayes led the Knott deal team.
