ACQUISITION: Entrada Partners buys small bay facility in Dallas metro area. Entrada Partners has acquired Westwood Business Park, located at 1850-1890 Crown Drive in Farmers Branch, Texas. The property features 5 buildings totaling 111,805 SF and is currently 94% leased. Casey Hursh led the Entrada Partners deal team.

ACQUISITION: Treetop Companies buys small bay park in Buffalo, NY area. Treetop Companies has acquired Inducon Business Park, located on Earhart Drive and Lawrence Bell Drive in Williamsville, New York. The property features a 12-building light industrial campus totaling 293,962 SF adjacent to Buffalo-Niagara Intl. Airport. The seller was Time Equities Inc. Joe Hill with CBRE facilitated the transaction. The Treetop deal team was led by Azi Mandel and Adam Mermelstein.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells small bay facility in Houston, TX. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 4901 Milwee Street in Houston, Texas. The property features 2 multi-tenant buildings totaling 38,706 SF. Todd Moore, Connor Duffy, and Zack Martin with Colliers represented the seller, Wolf Capital Partners, in the transaction and were the only brokers involved.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells small bay in Charlotte metro area. APEX-IPG with Lee & Associates Charleston has facilitated the sale of 131 Rental Court in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The property features an 11,045 SF industrial building. Jon-Michael Brock, Alex Whittemore, and Dillon Claffey with Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: ViaWest sells small bay facility in Phoenix, AZ. ViaWest has sold 2727 West Grovers Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 22,706 SF industrial building. Gary Cornish, Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon, and Charles Osbrink with Newmark facilitated the transaction.

FINANCING: Columbia National closes $1.875M loan for small bay in Naples, FL. Columbia National has secured a $1.875M fixed-rate acquisition loan for a 15,428 SF small bay industrial building in Naples, Florida. Kevin Tehan led the Columbia National deal team.
