ACQUISITION: ZS Capital Partners buys small bay in Lafayette, CO for $5.157M. ZS Capital Partners has acquired 1751 Panorama Point in Lafayette, Colorado. The property features a 28,800 SF multi-tenant industrial building with 6 units. The firm plans to improve the property and convert the leases from gross to NNN. The ZS Capital Partners team is led by Derek Conn, Spencer Pariser, and Matt Clancy.

ACQUISITION: Pagewood buys industrial park in Houston, TX. Pagewood, along with private equity firm Long Wharf Capital, has acquired Crossroads at Brittmoore, located at 2121 Brittmoore Road in Houston, Texas. The property features 13 industrial buildings totaling 292,200 SF. The seller was Abco Industrial Properties. Paul Coonrod led the Pagewood deal team. Warren Hitchcock and Blane Eikenhorst with Northmarq assisted in securing an acquisition loan from Veritex Community Bank. Tyler Maner, Brandon Preece, and Natalie Gilbert with Stream Realty Partners are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells small bay facility in Salt Lake City, UT. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 2011 West 1700 South in Salt Lake City, Utah. The property features a 16,220 SF multi-tenant industrial building on a 0.76 acre lot. Quinn Callahan and Tivon Moffitt with the Bauman Moffitt team at Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Bendetti buys shallow bay facility in San Diego, CA. Bendetti has acquired 9605 Airway Road in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego, California. The property features a 72,158 SF multi-tenant light industrial building with 4 units. The Bendetti deal team was led by Jon Moyer. Bryce Aberg with Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Collektion Capital buys small bay facility in Orlando, FL. Collektion Capital has acquired 1720 North Goldenrod Road in Orlando, Florida. The property features a 19,920 SF industrial building on a 2.19 acre lot. The Collektion Capital deal team included Shalini Hersowitz and Dale Hersowitz.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases small bay facility in Chicagoland. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 301 West Interstate Road in Addison, Illinois. The property features a 20,080 SF industrial building. Sydney Itkin and Michael Magliano with CushWake represented the landlord, Ajay Sharma, in the transaction.
