ACQUISITION: Miramar Capital Advisors buys industrial park in Phoenix metro. Miramar Capital Advisors, in partnership with Machine Investment Group and Axonic Capital, has acquired THE HUB @202, a 10-building, 1.3M SF industrial park located in Mesa, Arizona. The campus features buildings ranging from 65,000 to 270,000 SF. Chris McClurg and Ken McQueen with Lee & Associates are currently marketing the property for lease. Peter Eichler, Brandon Miller, and Sallar Tahbaz led the Miramar deal team. Will Strong and Molly Miller with Cushman & Wakefield guided the sale process.

ACQUISITION: BKM Capital Partners buys small bay facility in Santa Clara, CA. BKM Capital Partners has acquired Mission Park Business Center, located at 1500, 1600, 1700, and 1800 Wyatt Drive in Santa Clara, California. The property features 4 multi-tenant buildings totaling 94,474. The seller was Washington Holdings LLC. Scott Prosser, Jack DePuy, Courtney Trunnell, Seth Siegel, and Ryan Venezia with Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Corepoint RE sells small bay with IOS in Chesapeake, VA. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 900 Business Park Drive in Chesapeake, Virginia. The property features a 14,400 SF industrial service facility, along with 3.3 AC of industrial outdoor storage (IOS). Abe Smouha and Marc Smouha of Corepoint RE led the off-market transaction. The buyer was Alluvion Capital, led by Dean Taylor and Kyle Weldon.

ACQUISITION: Eleventh Street Partners buys 2 light industrial assets in Atlanta area. Eleventh Street Partners has acquired 2 industrial assets in the Southwest Atlanta pocket. The assets include a multi-tenant building totaling 6,400 SF and a 3,400 SF single-tenant property and were acquired all-cash in less than 45 days. Anand Nair led the Eleventh Street deal team.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells shallow bay facility in San Antonio metro area. JLL has facilitated the sale of 1012 Assembly Circle in Schertz, Texas. The property features a 59,200 SF industrial building. The JLL deal team included Rob Ellwood, Trent Agnew, Witt Westbrook, Patrick McCord, and Kyle Mueller.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases small bay space in Miami area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 14,489 SF at the Dolphin Commerce Center, located at 11200 Northwest 25th Street in Doral, Florida. Isabel Nakash with CBRE represented the landlord, LBA Logistics, in the transaction.
