DISPOSITION: Matson RE Co. sells small bay facility in Richland, WA for $3.4M. Keller Williams affiliate Matson Real Estate Co. has facilitated the sale of 2517 Logan Street in Richland, Washington. The property features a multi-tenant 11,760 SF industrial building with 5 suites, plus 1.25 AC of fenced industrial outdoor storage (IOS). The Matson RE Co. deal team was led by Scott Matson. ACQUISITION: RCR brokers sale of small bay industrial park in Wilmington, NC. Rich Commercial Realty (RCR) has facilitated the sale of Maritime North Business Park, located at 4270 US Highway 421 North in Wilmington, North Carolina. The property features 8 multi-tenant buildings totaling 138,500 SF. Bo Hargrove and Street Jones with RCR represented the buyer, Clear Path Asset Management. Will Leonard with Cape Fear Commercial represented the seller, Maritime West Development. The Clear Path Asset Management deal team was led by Dan Magid.

ACQUISITION: TruCore Industrial buys industrial portfolio in Pensacola, FL. TruCore Industrial — formerly TruCore Investments — has acquired 8760 Ely Road and 3000, 3190, and 3192 East Johnson Avenue in Pensacola, Florida. The portfolio, which is located in the Ellyson Industrial Park, totals 118,353 SF on 10 acres and is currently leased to 1-800-Pack-Rat, DHL, and Hy-Lite. The TruCore deal team was led by Zachary Harris.

ACQUISITION: Stoic Equity Partners buys small bay facility in Fayetteville, AR. Stoic Equity Partners, along with partners Old Harbour Partners and Alex Hill and Alex Oliver with Icarus Alternative Investments, have acquired 1140-1312 West Sunchase Court in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The multi-tenant facility features 10 buildings totaling 61,000 SF. Sam Mallane with Westover Industrial Partners facilitated the sale. Palmer Hays with Focus Commercial Real Estate will be marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: CushWake sells small bay facility in Tampa, FL. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 5508 North Nebraska Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 11,640 SF industrial building on 0.69 acres. JT Faircloth, John B. Jackson, and Casey Perry with CushWake represented the seller in the transaction. Anthony Lefler and Anthony Lefler Jr. with A.L. Commercial represented the buyer.

LEASE SIGNED: Fort leases small bay in Fort Worth, TX. Fort has leased 275 University Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 21,675 SF industrial building. Todd Hawpe and Gibson Duwe with Transwestern represented Fort in the transaction.
