DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells small bay industrial park in LA area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of Carson Industrial Center, located at 1000-1124 East Del Arno Boulevard, 20430-20444 Tilman Avenue, 1016-1048B East Burgrove Street, and 20500-20545 South Belshaw Avenue in Carson, California. The property features 11 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 420,701 SF. The buyer was BKM Capital Partners. Matthew Leupold, Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Aubrie Monahan, Rusty Smith, Steve Bohannon, and Kelly Johnson with CushWake represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells small bay asset in Naples, FL, for $26.5M. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 4110-4120 Enterprise Avenue in Naples, Florida. The property features an 83,607 SF small bay industrial facility that was 82% occupied at the time of close. The buyer was Midtown Capital Partners. Jimmy Ullrich and Michael Macchia with Colliers represented the seller, Venture One Real Estate, in the transaction. Dan Miller and Dan Rockenstein, also with Colliers, led the leasing team. The Venture One deal team included Matt Good and Kyle Grant.

DISPOSITION: Matan Cos. sells small bay industrial park in DC metro. Matan Companies has sold Wedgewood North Business Park, located at 4841, 4845, 4851, and 4855 International Boulevard in Frederick, Maryland. The property features 4 buildings totaling 51,360 SF. Zach Jung and Rawley Hessick led the Matan deal team. Joe Friedman and Josh Norwitz with KLNB Capital Markets represented Matan in the deal. The buyer was Minkoff Development Corp., led by Jeffrey Chod.

ACQUISITION: Stos Partners buys small bay asset in Phoenix area for $5.6M. Stos Partners has acquired 525 South McClintock Drive in Tempe, Arizona. The property features a 40,000 SF industrial building that Stos Partners plans to extensively renovate into 5,000-12,500 SF suites. The Stos Partners deal team included Morgan Hill, Jay Boyle, Travis Gorzeman, and CJ Stos II. Jack Tate, Payton Kruidenier, Kyle McGinley, and Richard Collins Jr. with Ross Brown Partners Inc. represented both the buyer and the seller and have been retained to lease the property.

DISPOSITION: Newmark, LevRose sell light industrial asset in Phoenix metro for $5.25M. Newmark and LevRose Commercial Real Estate have facilitated the sale of 4220 East McDowell Road in Mesa, Arizona. The property features a 20,544 SF industrial building. Gary Cornish and Nico Burgarello with Newmark represented the buyer in the transaction. Mark Cassell and Landon McKernan with LevRose represented the seller.

LEASE SIGNED: STL Commercial leases small bay asset in Miami area. STL Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 3051 Northwest 107th Avenue in Doral, Florida. The property features a 14,240 SF industrial building. The new tenant is American Valve Center. Max Loria and David Richman with STL Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
