ACQUISITION: BKM Capital Partners buys LA area light industrial campus for $95M. BKM Capital Partners has acquired Carson Industrial Center, located at 1000-1124 East Del Amo Boulevard, 20430-20444 Tilman Avenue, 1014-1048 East Burgrove Street, and 20500-20545 South Belshaw Avenue in Carson, California. The property features 11 multi-tenant small- and midbay industrial buildings totaling 429,000 SF. The BKM deal team included Michael Grossner, Brett Turner, Brent Bjorndahl, Chase Hall, Danielle Ramos, Adam Candler, and Vy Pham.
ACQUISITION: Hammond Capital acquires shallow bay facility in San Antonio metro. Hammond Capital has acquired 1012 Assembly Circle in Schertz, Texas. The property features a 59,200 SF industrial building. Jeff Hammond and Brendan Neary led the Hammond Capital Deal team. Vitae Capital, led by Sandeep Shah and Jeff Mayo, partnered with Hammond Capital in the acquisition. Holly Gallegos with Busey assisted with project financing. Kyle Mueller with JLL facilitated the transaction. C. Lee Jordan with Cavender & Hill Properties will market the property for lease.
ACQUISITION: Noble Family Enterprises buys small bay portfolio in Gulfport, MS, area. Noble Family Enterprises has acquired a 175,000 SF multi-tenant industrial portfolio in the Gulfport, Mississippi, metro area. Bradley Noble led the Noble Family Enterprises deal team. Sam Mallane and Matson Kane with Westover Industrial Partners facilitated the off-market transaction.
ACQUISITION: CRE Capital Management buys small bay facility in Atlanta MSA for $675,000. CRE Capital Management has acquired 33 Laura Street in Winder, Georgia. The property features a 13,299 SF industrial building. Abhi Acharya led the CRE Capital Management deal team.
ACQUISITION: Barnegat Capital buys shallow bay warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. Barnegat Capital has acquired 5438 Vernon Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property features a 28,000 SF shallow bay warehouse that will be demised and whiteboxed. Kyle Fisher with CBRE is currently marketing the property for lease. Eric Deraney led the Barnegat Capital deal team.
LEASE SIGNED: Lucern leases out small bay space in Charlotte, NC. Lucern Capital Partners has leased out 2,751 SF of industrial space at 2732 North Graham Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. Frank Forte led the Lucern deal team. Jorge Rizo with One Alliance with One Alliance facilitated the transaction.
