ACQUISITION: Terreno buys shallow bay facility in NYC for $16M. Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired 11-40 Borden Avenue in Queens, New York. The property, which is located adjacent to the entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel and Pulaski Bridge, features a 36,000 SF industrial building currently leased to Distribution Intl. The Terreno deal team included Hayes Graham, Cody Saunders, and Matt Blais. Chad Sinsheimer with Adirondack Capital Partners represented both Terreno and the seller, Wickersham Realty, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells small bay facility in Little Rock, AR for $9.85M. Colliers has facilitated the sale of Brandon Square, located at 8124 Scott Hamilton Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. The property features 6 multi-tenant buildings totaling 177,349 SF on 11.48 AC. Nathan Monan with Colliers represented the seller, Little Rock Flex, in the transaction. Colliers will continue marketing the property for lease on behalf of the buyer, Pond Commercial.

ACQUISITION: Fourth Capital buys small bay facility in Atlanta, GA metro area. Fourth Capital has acquired 900 Highway 54 East in Fayetteville, Georgia. The property features 21,200 SF of industrial space on 6 acres. Murray Gray and Braden Payne led the Fourth Capital deal team and are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: WareSpace buys 2nd location in Washington, DC metro area. WareSpace has acquired 950 South Pickett Street in Alexandria, Virginia. The property features a 100,000 SF industrial building that WareSpace will develop into a multi-tenant facility with units ranging from 200-2,000 SF. The WareSpace deal team included Levi Cohen and Jeff Jenkins. John Dettleff and Bill Prutting with JLL facilitated the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Ridgecut Road buys small bay facility in NJ. Ridgecut Road has acquired 34 Edgeboro Road in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The property features a 10,000 SF maintenance facility with drive-in capability. Scott Shalek and Eric Shalek led the Ridgecut Road deal team. Jordan Avanzato with NAI Hanson and Jason Lundy with JLL facilitated the off-market sale. TJ Sullivan and Mitch Rothstein with Cushman & Wakefield arranged the acquisition financing. Dean Brody and Gregg Brody with JLL are currently marketing the property for lease.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases small bay space in Grover Beach, CA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of Suites A-C at 920 Huber Street in Grover Beach, California. Taylor Castanon with Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction.
