DISPOSITION: Corepoint sells midbay industrial facility in Atlanta MSA. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 4455 River Green Parkway in Duluth, Georgia. The property features an industrial facility totaling 231,000 SF. The buyer was Sagard Real Estate. Matthew DiVito led the Sagard deal team. Abe Smouha and Marc Smouha with Corepoint facilitated the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: STL Commercial brokers sale of Orlando-area small bay for $4.9M. STL Commercial has facilitated the sale of 700 Atlantis Road in Melbourne, Florida. The property features 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 31,621 SF. Max Loria and David Richman represented the buyer in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Eleventh Street Partners buys small bay asset in Atlanta metro area. Eleventh Street Partners (ESP) has acquired a 14,000 SF multi-tenant small bay industrial asset in Suwanee, Georgia. ESP closed the all-cash transaction in under 45 days with no contingencies. Anand Nair led the ESP deal team, while Brad Pope from Hailey Realty Co. facilitated the off-market transaction.

DISPOSITION: APEX Capital Realty sells small bay asset in Tampa for $3.75M. APEX Capital Realty has facilitated the sale of 4214 West Virginia Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 45,560 SF multi-tenant industrial building. Carl Gorman and Felipe Escobar led the APEX deal team in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells shallow bay facility in Indianapolis area for $188/SF. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 10730 Bennett Parkway in Zionsville, Indiana. The property features a 30,000 SF building and sold for the highest price per SF ever achieved for industrial in Zionsville. Sarah Greer and J.D. Graves with CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. Mike Cole and Ryan Mungovan with Terra Real Estate represented the buyer.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases shallow bay site in Denver area. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 43,350 SF at the Ascent Commerce Center, located at 17776 East 84th Avenue in Commerce City, Colorado. The new tenant is Hubstarr. Drew McManus, Bryan Fry, Ryan Searle, and Shannon McBroom with CushWake represented the landlord, Ambrose.
