NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Redfearn Capital buys small bay facility in Naples, FL for $2.5M. Redfearn Capital has acquired 1447 Rail Head Boulevard in Naples, Florida. The property features a 15,428 SF multi-tenant small bay industrial building. Alex Redfearn led the Redfearn deal team. Zach Levine and Douglas Mandel with Marcus & Millichap represented Redfearn in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Goldwaite buys light industrial property in Dallas, TX. Goldwaite has acquired 2903-2991 Ladybird Lane in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 74,905 SF light industrial building that the firm plans to develop into small bay suites ranging from 4,000-10,000 SF. The acquisition marks Goldwaite’s 1st since formation. Zane Smith and Mitchell Miller led the Goldwaite deal team. Jamie Jennings and Jason Moser with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, while Luis Flores C. with Liberty Capital Bank also assisted with the off-market transaction. Keenan Cook with Mercer Co. is currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: CoreOne Industrial buys shallow bay facility in Waldwick, NJ. CoreOne Industrial has acquired 3 and 4 North Street in Waldwick, New Jersey. The property features 2 multi-tenant shallow bay industrial buildings totaling 65,640 SF. The CoreOne deal team included Joe Burton, Robert DePiero, Corey Isdaner, and Kyle Coven. Marc Krieger with Avison Young represented the seller, while VanRock Properties represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Geneva Group buys small bay park in Asheville, NC area. The Geneva Group has acquired 3865 Sweeten Creek Road in Arden, North Carolina. The property features several multi-tenant small bay buildings totaling 70,000 SF. Jarred Elmar led the Geneva Group deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases small bay warehouse in Nashville, TN. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 13,761 SF at Harding Commerce Center. The industrial center is located at 5006 Harding Place in Nashville, Tennessee. Davis Goodman, Jack Armstrong, Will Goodman, Steve Preston, and John Preston with CBRE represented the landlord, Brennan Investment Group, in the transaction.

FINANCING: Ethos arranges $7.3M acquisition loan for Portland, OR asset. Ethos Commercial Advisors has arranged the acquisition financing for 100 Northeast Farragut Street in Portland, Oregon. The multi-tenant property features more than 20 units and totals 70,325 SF. Matt Illias and Danny Natsch with Ethos sourced a non-recourse, 5-year fixed-rate loan for the property.
