ACQUISITION: MCA Realty buys small bay project in Carlsbad, CA for $30.7M. MCA Realty has acquired 2270 Camino Vida Roble in Carlsbad, California. The property features a 106,311 SF multi-tenant industrial facility that is currently 95% leased. The MCA Realty deal team included Tyler Mattox, Jason Neiger, and Michael Mullahey. Bryce Aberg, Conor Boyle, and Tyler Stemley with Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the off-market transaction.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells light industrial portfolio in Miami, FL. JLL has facilitated the sale of Airport Trade Center, located at 7249 Northwest 33rd Street in Miami, Florida. Adjacent to the airport, the portfolio features 3 buildings totaling 371,976 SF. JLL represented the seller in the transaction and secured acquisition financing for the buyer. The JLL deal team included Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, Taylor Osborne, Melissa Rose, and Jovi Rodriguez.

ACQUISITION: Alakai Capital buys small bay project in Fort Worth, TX. Alakai Capital has acquired Harmon Commerce Center, located at 10011 and 10027 Harmon Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a total of 84,000 SF of multi-tenant industrial space. The deal marks Alakai’s 1st Texas acquisition. The Alakai deal team was led by Nick Jones and Zach Pinel. Guillermo De Nicolas and Talava Washington with Panther Capital Group sourced the off-market transaction. Connor Land and Brett Carlton with Stream Realty Partners are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: AKRE Partners buys small bay facility in Laredo, TX. AKRE Partners has acquired 310 Union Pacific Boulevard in Laredo, Texas. The facility features a 16,945 SF warehouse/distribution facility. The AKRE deal team was led by Harry Ashforth. Cristy Swisher and Joey Ferguson with NAI Swisher & Martin Realty facilitated the off-market transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Bussel Realty leases small bay industrial space in Newark, NJ. Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the leasing of 101 Harper Street and 21 Avenue C in Newark, New Jersey. The property totals 12,000 SF. Michael Costa with BRC represented both the tenant, Georgian Land LLC, and the landlord, Tojo LLC, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: SRS leases small bay warehouse in Los Angeles metro area. SRS Industrial has facilitated the leasing of a 2,336 SF industrial unit at 12112 Park Street in Cerritos, California. The SRS deal team included Jeffrey Garza Walker and Ivan Garcia.
