NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Small bay warehouse in Los Angeles area sells for $4.98M. PYC Commercial and Lee & Associates have facilitated the sale of 880 Columbia Street in Brea, California. The property features a 12,627 SF warehouse. Cameron Harris with Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Jesus Rodrigo Corona. Paul Yang with PYC Commercial represented the seller, Adata Technology USA Co. Ltd.

ACQUISITION: Accordia buys shallow bay portfolio in Charlotte, NC area. Accordia Realty has acquired 135-141 Cupped Oak Drive in Stallings, North Carolina. The portfolio consists of 2 multi-tenant shallow bay buildings totaling 46,400 SF. The property is currently 100% leased to 5 tenants. The Accordia deal team included Matthew Pizzolato, Ben Morganthal, Jason Bogart, Chris Hayes, and Frank Recine. Casey Mulhern with Foundry Commercial brokered the off-market deal. LaSalle Investment Management served as Accordia’s lender.

ACQUISITION: ACD buys multi-tenant small bay asset in Colorado Springs, CO. Armstrong Capital Development (ACD) has acquired 4220 Mark Dabling Boulevard in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The property includes a 47,741 SF warehouse currently leased to 2 tenants, plus 1.5 acres of enclosed industrial outdoor storage (IOS). The ACD team is led by Greg Armstrong. DISPOSITION: Newmark brokers sale of shallow bay park in Austin, TX. Newmark has facilitated the sale of 2500 US Highway 183 South in Austin, Texas, to Lightstone. The property features 7 industrial buildings totaling 123,514 SF. The Newmark deal team was led by Stephen Bailey and Joshua Villarreal. The Lightstone deal team included Jack Ford and Brian Underkofler.

LEASE SIGNED: JLL facilitates lease renewal of small bay in Los Angeles, CA. JLL has facilitated a lease renewal for 436 West Florence Avenue in Inglewood, California. The property features an 8,040 SF warehouse. Paul Sablock and Nick Sablock with JLL represented the tenant, Galleher. David Fults and Brian McLoughlin with Voit Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

LEASE SIGNED: NAI Earle Furman leases small bay space in Duncan, SC. NAI Earle Furman has facilitated the leasing of 20,000 SF of warehouse space at 106 Old Dominion Drive in Duncan, South Carolina. Grice Hunt, Clay Williams, and Will Coker with NAI represented the landlord.
