ACQUISITION: NorthBridge buys small bay portfolio in South FL for $81.5M. NorthBridge Partners has acquired 1814 and 1842 Northwest 38th Avenue and 3435 Northwest 19th Street in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The portfolio features a total of 359,460 SF of multi-tenant small bay industrial space. Greg Lauze led the NorthBridge Partners deal team in the transaction. Dominic Montazemi, Mike Davis, Gregory Miller, Rick Brugge, and Rick Colon with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Harbert Management Corp., which was led by Travis Pritchett.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells small bay property in Sacramento, CA for $4.8M. CBRE’s Investment Properties — Private Capital Partners team has facilitated the sale of 5753 Auburn Boulevard in Sacramento, California. The property features 4 multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 58,251 SF. The buyer was Forza Properties LLC. Matt Post, Sammy Cemo, and Anthony DeLorenzo with CBRE represented the seller, 5753 Auburn Blvd LLC, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells shallow bay facility in Ayer, MA. JLL has facilitated the sale of 11 Westford Road in Ayer, Massachusetts. The property features a 108,000 SF multi-tenant industrial facility. Lenny Pierce led the JLL Northeast Industrial deal team in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: eXp Commercial leases small bay warehouse in DFW metro. eXp Commercial’s Engvest Group has facilitated the leasing of 222 South Town East Boulevard in Mesquite, Texas. The property features a 19,500 SF warehouse. Calvin Wong and Collin Hu with eXp represented the landlord in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: L|H Capital Partners leases small bay space in Orlando area. L|H Capital Partners has facilitated the leasing of 7319 Sandscove Court, Suite 7, in Winter Park, Florida. The suite features 1,700 SF of industrial space, and the tenant is a national government and services contractor. Griffen Kreutzberg and Ryan Hutkowski with L|H Cpaital Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
