DISPOSITION: Ross Brown sells flex-industrial asset in Phoenix area for $4.5M. Ross Brown Partners has facilitated the sale of 7807 East Greenway Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. The property features a 9,183 SF industrial building. At $4.5M, the transaction marks the highest sale price for a freestanding flex-industrial building in the Scottsdale Airpark. Kyle McGinley, Payton Kruidenier, and Richard Collins with Ross Brown represented the seller in the transaction.

Marcus & Millichap sells Miami small bay

DISPOSITION: Marcus & Millichap sells small bay asset in Miami for $3.6M. Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of 14180 Southwest 139th Court in Miami, Florida. The property features a 16,850 SF industrial warehouse. Eddie Toledo, Nicholas Hassan, and Jonathan De La Rosa led the Marcus & Millichap deal team in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells Greater Los Angeles small bay asset for $2.33M. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 13820 Shoemaker Avenue in Norwalk, California. The seller was Parsons, and the buyer was Rosecrans Associates. The property features a 7,700 SF multi-tenant small bay industrial building. Patrick Delaney led the Lee & Associates | Orange deal team.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells shallow bay facility in Austin, TX. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 2307 Business Center Drive in Austin, Texas. The property features a 60,000 SF shallow bay industrial building. Hunter Mills, Brian Liverman, and Matt Frizzell with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: Hamilton begins construction on shallow bay park in Nashville MSA. Hamilton Development has started construction on Cornerstone Business Park, located at 5481 West Jefferson Pike in Smyrna, Tennessee. When completed, the park will feature 12 buildings totaling 1.8M SF on 152 AC. The 1st phase of the park is slated for delivery in Q1 2027. Whitfield Hamilton Jr. and Jeff Konieczny lead the Cornerstone Business Park development team. Hayes McWilliams and Henry Sherer with Cushman & Wakefield are currently marketing the property for lease.

PEOPLE MOVES: S2 Capital hires Vice President of Acquisitions, Southeast. S2 Capital has hired Danny Bernstein to serve as Vice President of Acquisitions for the US Southeast region, with a particular focus on the Atlanta industrial market. Danny’s previous experience includes roles with Link Logistics and Cresa Atlanta.
