DISPOSITION: NAI Southcoast sells small bay in Port St. Lucie, FL for $3.625M. NAI Southcoast has facilitated the sale of 2155 Northwest Settle Avenue in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The property features a 25,750 SF industrial facility. The buyers were Genet Property Group and Hersh Equity Group. The Genet deal team was led by Ben Genet, while Juda Hersh, Corey Schwartz, and Steven Ginsberg comprised the Hersh deal team. The seller was Scott McGee. The NAI Southcoast deal team included Nik Schroth, Jeff Allman, and James McKinney.

ACQUISITION: Denholtz buys multi-tenant small bay portfolio in Columbia, SC. Denholtz has acquired 20/21 Business Center, located at 100-400 Northeast Drive and 6904 North Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. The flex industrial portfolio totals 98,386 SF over 3 multi-tenant buildings. The Denholtz deal team was led by Paul Paschal and Mark Mahasky.

ACQUISITION: SBI buys small bay industrial park in Fort Worth, TX. Single Bay Industrial (SBI) has acquired Harmon Road Business Park, located at 13045 Harmon Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property, which is in the Alliance submarket, features several multi-tenant light industrial buildings totaling about 83,000 SF. The SBI team is led by Jason Probert. Cody Payne with Colliers facilitated the sale.

ACQUISITION: Clear Height buys multi-tenant industrial facility in Chicagoland. Clear Height and joint venture partner Harbert US Real Estate have acquired 1938 University Lane in Lisle, Illinois. The property features a 3-tenant light industrial building totaling 42,444 SF. The Clear Height leadership team includes Dominic Sergi, Joe Sergi, and Gary Rose. Mark Moran with NAI Hiffman was the only broker involved in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases Dallas, TX area small bay space. Lee & Associates has completed a new lease transaction for 20,538 SF of industrial space at 2853 Dickerson Parkway in Carrollton, Texas. The tenant is American Leak Detection. Johnny Anderson with Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth represented the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners, in the sale.
