ACQUISITION: WareSpace acquires industrial facility in Charlotte, NC. WareSpace has acquired 322 West 32nd Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property consists of an 80,120 SF industrial building that will offer private warehouse units ranging from 200 to 2,000 SF. The WareSpace deal team included Jeff Jenkins, Austin Riel, Joseph Ely, Levi Cohen, and Jeffrey Giese. David Morris with Trinity Partners assisted in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells small bay industrial park in Dallas, TX. Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth has facilitated the sale of 11550 Plano Road in Dallas, Texas. The property features two 50,000 SF multi-tenant industrial buildings with suites ranging from 1,389 to 3,697 SF. The buyer was RAM Capital Texas. Taylor Stell with Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Seagis Property Group buys shallow bay facility in Carlstadt, NJ. Seagis Property Group has acquired 745 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, New Jersey. The property features a 31,472 SF industrial building. This is Seagis’ 3rd acquisition in the Gotham Industrial Park. The Seagis deal team included John Begier and Tyler Baker. Tom Nuara with Resource Realty facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Bamboo Equity Partners buys small bay facility in Albany, NY. Bamboo Equity Partners has acquired 229 Church Street in Albany, New York. The property features a 24,000 SF warehouse with outdoor storage space capabilities. The Bamboo Equity Partners deal team was led by Rob Sieckhaus.

LEASE SIGNED: Havens Commercial leases Nashville, TN small bay warehouse. Havens Commercial has leased 927 4th Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. The property features a 15,025 SF warehouse. Michael Havens with Havens Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
