ACQUISITION: CenterSquare buys small bay portfolio in Jacksonville, FL. CenterSquare has acquired Philips Highway Industrial Park, located in Jacksonville, Florida. The portfolio features 10 multi-tenant buildings totaling 106,643 SF with an average suite size of 4,300 SF. Currently, the portfolio is 94% occupied. Brian Stutz led the CenterSquare deal team in the off-market transaction.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells shallow bay portfolio in Greater Atlanta area. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 2445 Hilton Drive in Gainesville, Georgia. The property features 5 multi-tenant buildings totaling 72,432 SF. While most of the facility is composed of shallow bay industrial space, 16% of the rent roll comes from self-storage units. ACQUISITION: Andover Properties buys small bay asset in San Antonio, TX. Andover Properties has acquired 11926 Rail Drive in San Antonio, Texas. The newly constructed property features 3 multi-tenant buildings totaling 134,500 SF. The Andover deal team included Brian Cohen, Zachary Harding, Ian Ritchey, and Matthew Kaufman. Andrew Price and Braeden Bernstein with CBRE facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Endeavor Capital, Leifer Properties buy small bay asset in Jacksonville, FL. Endeavor Capital and Leifer Properties have made their entry into the Jacksonville, Florida, market with the acquisition of 4850 Collins Road. The property includes 2 multi-tenant buildings totaling 31,546 SF. Jonathan Mazzarella led the Endeavor deal team.

FINANCING: Cushman & Wakefield arranges $22.75M loan for flex portfolio in Miami area. Cushman & Wakefield has arranged an acquisition loan for a 2-building Class A flex portfolio in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The property totals 157,510 SF. Jason Hochman and Ronald Granite led the Cushman & Wakefield deal team.
