DISPOSITION: DAUM sells small bay in Los Angeles metro area for $4.68M. DAUM Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 417 Agostino Road in San Gabriel, California. The property features a 17,430 SF warehouse. Joseph Harmon and John Hastings with DAUM represented the seller in the transaction. Everett Phillips and Matt Eddy with Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

DISPOSITION: RCG sells small bay in High Point, NC for $1.9M. Rich Commercial Group (RCG) has facilitated the sale of 1330 Potts Avenue in High Point, North Carolina. The property features a 20,544 SF industrial building. Alex Rich, Shaz Zaidi, and Korey Besse with RCG brokered the NNN sale-leaseback transaction. The buyer was a 1031 exchange investor.

ACQUISITION: Alignment buys small bay facilities in Phoenix metro area. Alignment Realty Capital has acquired 2403-2525 West Huntington Drive in Tempe, Arizona. The property features 3 small bay facilities totaling 42,450 SF. Ben Sacks and Jake Gallagher led the Alignment deal team. Matt Frederick and Matt McDougall with Lee & Associates represented Alignment in the transaction, while Lynn Morrison with Lynn Morrison LLC represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Missner Group/Thackeray JV buys Chicagoland shallow bay. A joint venture between The Missner Group and Greystar’s Thackeray Partners has acquired 1-5 Messner Drive in Wheeling, Illinois. The property features a 58,174 SF multi-tenant industrial building. The Missner Group deal team included Tina Ramos. Brendan Green and Anne Dempsey with Colliers brokered the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Neil Walter Co. brokers sale of small bay in Tacoma, WA. Neil Walter Company has facilitated the sale of 5821 South Tacoma Way in Tacoma, Washington. The property features a 2,250 SF industrial building. Nicholas Ratzke with Neil Walter Co. represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield facilitates San Francisco lease renewal. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated a lease renewal for 19,247 SF of office and warehouse space at 299 Lawrence Avenue in San Francisco, California. Matt Squires with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Terreno Realty Corp.

LEASE SIGNED: Allen Sigmon leases small bay space in Albuquerque. Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group has facilitated the leasing of 6206 Edith Boulevard Northeast, Suite B, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The unit offers 2,200 SF of warehouse/flex space. The Allen Sigmon deal team was led by Thomas Mortensen and Ben Nolte.
