ACQUISITION: Basis Industrial buys Atlanta-area shallow bay portfolio for $89.475M. Basis Industrial has acquired a 621,759 SF multi-tenant shallow bay industrial portfolio in the Atlanta metro area. With the acquisition, the firm’s total Atlanta-area holdings total roughly 1.2M SF. The off-market acquisition included 25 buildings that are currently leased to 119 tenants. Anthony Scavo led the Basis Industrial deal team. The seller was Middour Investments, led by Owen Middour. Bank of Montreal provided financing for the acquisition. The properties in the portfolio are:
2046, 2056, 2075, 2136, 2146, 2156, 2166 and 2305 West Park Place Boulevard in Stone Mountain, Georgia
2155, 2165, 2169 and 2171 West Park Court in Stone Mountain
1899, 1959, 1960, 1979, 1980 and 1999 Parker Court in Stone Mountain
2706, 2724 and 2730 Mountain Industrial Boulevard in Tucker, Georgia
4727, 4874, 4892 and 4896 North Royal Atlanta Drive in Tucker

ACQUISITION: WareSpace buys industrial property in Los Angeles area for $15.8M. WareSpace has acquired 13711 Freeway Drive in Santa Fe Springs, California. The property features an 82,000 SF industrial building that the company will redevelop into small bay spaces. Levi Cohen, Jeff Jenkins, Joseph Ely, Jeffrey Giese, and TJ Cameron led the WareSpace deal team. Clyde Stauff with Colliers facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Corepoint sells small bay asset in Charlotte, NC. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 4241 Taggart Creek Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features a 10,500 SF industrial building. The buyer was Catalyst Investment Partners. Marc Smouha and Daniel Levin led the Corepoint deal team.

DISPOSITION: Sandra L. Fink & Assoc. sells Las Vegas property for $2.1M. Sandra L. Fink & Associates has facilitated the sale of 4690 West Post Road, Suite 130, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property features a 6,500 SF office/warehouse space and is 100% leased to a national tenant. Sandy Fink co-brokered the transaction along with Warren Noack, Travis Noack, and Kimberly Noack-Summers with RealComm Advisors.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells small bay industrial building in Portland, OR, metro area. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 20245 Southwest 95th Avenue in Tualatin, Oregon. The property features a 59,756 SF small bay industrial building. Brett Hartzell, Val Achtemeier, and Matt Schmidt led the CBRE deal team. Haakon Weinstein and Andy Kangas, also with CBRE, served as leasing partners on the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Bussel Realty leases industrial space in South Plainfield, NJ. Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the leasing of 6,250 SF of industrial space at 635 Montrose Avenue in South Plainfield, New Jersey. The property is part of a 59,740 SF multi-tenant industrial complex owned by Adler Development. Jeffrey Goldfinger with BRC represented the tenant, GMS Distributors LLC, in the transaction.
