ACQUISITION: NAIDB facilitates $6M small bay sale in Northern NJ. NAI DiLeo-Bram (NAIDB) has facilitated the sale of 860 Springfield Road in Union, New Jersey. The property features a 24,000 SF industrial building. Rich Goski and Catherine Goski with NAIDB represented the buyer in the off-market transaction.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells shallow bay in Spartanburg, SC. Lee & Associates represented the seller, Clear Mountain Properties, in the disposition of 141 Venture Boulevard in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The property features a 57,950 SF industrial facility. The Lee & Associates deal team included Elledge Willis, Jordan Skellie, and Elizabeth Bentley. Christopher Rizzo, Zachary Shulruff, and Mackenzie Pace led the Clear Mountain Properties deal team.

ACQUISITION: Escalera Capital buys shallow bay park in San Antonio, TX. Escalera Capital has acquired Crosswinds Way Industrial Park, located at 11911 Crosswinds Way in San Antonio, Texas. The property features 3 industrial buildings totaling 82,000 SF. Bobby Magee led the Escalera Capital deal team. Caleb Barber and April Bailey with Amegy Bank assisted with financing the off-market transaction.

DISPOSITION: Klamen sells small bay facility in St. Louis metro area. Klamen Commercial Advisors has facilitated the sale of 907 North Bluff Road in Collinsville, Illinois. The property features a 22,700 SF building on 2.25 acres. Spencer Horwitz and Jake Klamen with Klamen Commercial Advisors represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Bussel Realty Corp. leases small bay space in Garwood, NJ. Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the leasing of 5,050 SF at 650 South Avenue in Garwood, New Jersey. The property features a total of 235,000 SF. Jeff Goldfinger with BRC represented both the landlord, ACP Partnership, and the tenant, a national vitamin distributor, in the transaction.
